A $149 Assessment Review helps you decide if filing is worth your time. An Appeal Plan ($999 standard; typical range $799–$1,499) delivers comps, error checks, forms, and a hearing script.

Secure checkout
Pay via Stripe Checkout. Order details and optional UTM attribution are stored for your project record.

Complete your portal checklist
Upload supporting items (defect photos, prior appraisal, exemption docs) so research is grounded in your facts.

Receive your deliverable
Your plan PDF (or review memo) appears in the homeowner portal. You review and decide how to proceed.

You file with the county
Parcel Plan prepares documents and educational materials. Filing and any hearing appearance are your responsibility (or a licensed representative you hire separately). We do not guarantee outcomes.
