Cook County Board of Review opens by township (~30-day windows). Example 2026: Group 2 filing period closed September 29, 2026. Later townships open into fall — owners must check cookcountyboardofreview.com Dates & Deadlines. Assessor-level appeals have separate calendars. There is typically no BOR filing fee; pre-register if your township is not yet open. Always confirm your township dates on the official site.
