1. Nature of services
Parcel Plan provides document preparation and educational materials related to property-tax assessment appeals for properties located in the United States. We are not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice or legal representation unless and until a separately disclosed, licensed engagement is offered (not part of standard SKUs today).
2. No guaranteed outcomes
You acknowledge that assessment reductions, tax savings, or successful appeals are not guaranteed. County procedures, evidence, deadlines, and decision-makers are outside our control.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, meeting county deadlines, and filing any appeal (or engaging a licensed representative). Missing a statutory deadline may forfeit appeal rights.
4. Fees & refunds
Fees for Assessment Review and Appeal Plan are charged via Stripe as displayed at checkout. Refund policy: [TO BE COMPLETED BY COUNSEL].
5. Limitation of liability
